Privacy policy

What we keep

• Account: name, email, phone and password (stored only as a hash, never as text). If you sign in with Google, we get your name and email from Google.
• Connected computers: the computer name, operating system, app version and a code derived from the Windows/Mac/Linux identifier (just a hash, to recognize the same computer when you reinstall).
• Download list: the links you paste, title, channel, size and the file path on your computer, plus your preferences (folder, quality, format).
• Access: approximate country, region and city (from your IP address, provided by Cloudflare) and the date of your last visit.
• Plan: which plan you have, when it expires and the payment and subscription IDs at Mercado Pago.

What we don't keep

• The videos: they go straight from the source website to your computer and never pass through our servers.
• Card details: payments happen at Mercado Pago, which handles that data.
• Files on your computer: the app only touches the download folder you choose and the files it downloaded.

How we use it

To create and protect your account, show your list and send downloads to your computer, apply plan limits, bill subscriptions and contact you about your account. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.

Who we share it with

• Mercado Pago, to process payments.
• Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Cloudflare and our hosting provider, which run the website's network and servers.
• Authorities, when required by law.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also remembers the language you chose. We don't use advertising cookies.

Security and retention

The connection to the website and the app is always encrypted (HTTPS). We keep your data while your account exists. When you remove a computer from your account, its download list is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your account and data. Just email [email protected] from your account's email address.
